I have a pacemaker and a replaced mitral valve. What is the safest osteoporosis treatment? I also have upcoming dental procedures.

What does your endocrinologist have to say about this?

I have had my aortic valve replaced with a bio valve. It doesn’t seem to be an issue. Not sure about the pacemaker.

Forteo or Tymlos would be good considerations. All the others have risk of osteonecrosis with dental work that disturbs the bone--extractions and root canals.
Evenity also carried cardiac risk,
Your doctor will know if Tymlos or Forteo are options for you.
I'm partial to Forteo.
