Best Pancreatic Cancer Chemo

I have cancer "mass" (20ml. x 21ml. on Pancreas,
and some cancer cells on my liver,
I received Bravcine + GemZar in first chemo.
Had VERY strong back pain. Sent to Emergency Room,

Second and third chemo were GemZar. No reaction.

Fourth Gemzar chemo resulted in minor nausea and back pain.

Suggestions ?

I have had 72 treatments/chemo with Gemcitabine & Abraxane. The oncologist has me get Decadron (steroid) IV and Aloxi IV (for nausea) 30 minutes prior. I have back issues since 1982 and have not had back pain from this combination.

I have always been suggested to take Claritin for back/bone pain.
And to get ahead of it by taking about 2 days after treatment.

I just started that chemo. Does it control your Cancer ? What is your CA19-9 now that you have had many treatments ?
