I have heard many people say they take Citracal (combo of calcium citrate and D)….there are many of these supplements, complex choices for sure, some expensive, some with smaller tabs for dosing control…some are organic plant-based combos, supposed to be easier to absorb…for me, it is a bit of trial and error to find the right one…presently use a plant-based combo with less magnesium to avoid the ‘runs’.(my respected gut !)…One way is to take separate elements instead…. consensus seems to be in favor of calcium, D3 and K2 however you do it…I like ‘’connect’’ where I am learning a lot ! Thank you all !

@gravity3 boosting bone mineralization (along with other factors), without taking meds that would be hard on my body, as I recover from other health issues…there is a lot of disagreement on this issue…each to their own, what works for them…
