My physiotherapist says that light exercises but no knee brace.
My physical therapist recommended Tommie Copper knee braces. They have a number of options on their website. I ordered directly from the company but you could probably find them on Amazon (which I try not to use). The reason for my wearing a brace is linked more to needing a total knee replacement but at the same time I'm dealing with ideopathic mild distal axonal sensory polyneuropathy. That's a mouthful which in layman's terms means I have numbness and tingling from my feet to just above my knees.
