@contentandwell , I will let @riflemanz64 reply to you for himself, but wanted to put your mind at ease in the meantime, that according to the same book and diet that my mom is following, no, it's not an only water diet. I think he just meant that he's starting the 28-day food/drink diet, but, as far as drinks go, will only be drinking water 😉
I can eat foods from the book but I meant to say no coffee just water all day.

1 ReactionThat's wonderful news! Keep us posted along the way. My mom is almost done with her's and has no reflux issues now either!
I’m starting my 28 day healing diet tomorrow. I don’t have any reflux issues at all. Water only for the next 28 days!

1 ReactionI’ve lost track of which diet this is and for what condition(s). This thread has gone afar from the original question about BE.
Honey has a ph below 5 so it’s only allowed if it has been neutralized by nut butters. It’s not recommended during the healing phase of this diet.

1 ReactionIs honey allowed as a sweetener ?
Someone asked about table sugar and it should be cut out of your diet. Cut regular salt out too and buy Celtic salt which is safe for our disease.
