Artificial Intelligence and Cancer Care: Anyone doing it?

Posted by k13 @k13, Jun 6, 2023

Hi- Has anyone used companies involved with artificial intelligence. (AI). There are companies like icures that are compiling data on cancer patients and then using AI to sort through all the data and come up with matches for treatments, clinical trials, off label drugs etc. Has anyone joined anything like this or sent their data to one of these companies? Any success? I am going to discuss w my husband's Dr at Dana Farber at next appointment. The Dr has to be involved in the process. Icures partners with Cancer commons et. al. according to their web site. Thoughts?

@k13, Mayo Clinic is actively researching and using artifical intelligence and informatics in care, including cancer care.
