Huh? Ankle?
It mentions an ankle implant & then spends the rest of the article saying how wonderful it is.
How does it work?

Most of us suffering from incontinence post surgery, suffer from stress incontinence, not urge incontinence.

I didn't have time to read the whole article, it is for urge incontinence - probably sends some "scrambling" nerve impulses to nerves that branch down from pelvic area and slow nerve signaling to the bladder.

Yes- of course , for all people (male or female) who have urge incontinence. I am sure it is very annoying and serious problem. Maybe even more so 😔, imagine feeling of needing to "go" all the time and than leaking on top of that.
