Arthroscopy 14 months after TKR due to persistent clunking

Has anyone had arthroscopy after TKR due to disturbing persistent clunking, caused by a blob of abnormal tissue that grew inside the capsule that interferes with what should be a smooth glide between the parts that occurs with every bend of your knee? Was arthroscopy successful, or did you require open arthrotomy to get the offending tissue thoroughly removed? Or had arthroscopy for any reason this far out from surgery? Did you have good results, or did it turn into the need for revision?
