Arthrofibrosis is very bad still after 4 years TKR

4 years ago I had a total knee replacement on my left knee. One month later I had a manipulation. All the muscles in my thigh were torn. I made no progress with PT so I got a 2nd opinion. The first surgeon put the implant in wrong, so I got a total revision 11 months later. Still had a manipulation one month later, PT for the past three years from that surgery. I can only get to maybe 70 on a good day. No doctor I have seen doesn’t know what to do for me. This is terrible. Is there a way to get rid of the scar tissue without building more?
