Anyone who has pain after a L 4 L5 decompression ?
I had back surgery in February of this year. I felt good still in pain but manageable with Tylenol but now it is chronic, unable to stand for 10 minutes or more. I have to sleep on my left side only a few hours. I’m having another MRI in November to determine the cause.

I had L4 L5 decompression and spinal fusion surgery on December 2, 2024.
I can’t sit long, I can’t stand long, I cannot walk long. My lower back hurts, my legs hurt, my hips and buttocks hurt. Besides that they damaged the nerve in my left leg during the surgery. My left foot is still numb, I developed neuropathy.
My experience is very bad.

Your symptoms are so similar to mine. I had a lamenectomy last June and I have debilitating pain and numbness. There doesn't seem to be any end in sight. I hope all of us find some relief soon. I feel terrible for everyone who is going through this.
