Anyone using L carnitine?
This is very interesting article regarding research finding L Carnitine helps not only with PN pain but also helps with nerve regeneration. It says it helps with PN pain not only from diabetes
but also chemotherapy, sciatica, and drug induced . Might be worth a try. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6498091/

Research seems to show L Carnitine is effective at pain relief and in actually helping to heal nerves.
Yes, I'm using acetyl l carnitine, together with alpha lipoic acid for about five years now. Must be helping, feel less pain and my sfn didn't really progress, nor got better. So, not sure if alc regenerate nerves. But we're all different...
Also magnesium, helps with mood, sleep and cramps.
