Anyone use the anticoagulant Dabigatran

I have had to take Dabigatran (blood thinner) for many years. I have peripheral neuropathy of the feet and would like to take R- Alpha Lipoic Acid but the internet says this can interact with Dabigatran. Has anyone got any experience of this.
