Anyone short of breath with M Abscesses

Treated since June 2025. Recently taken off IV Amikacin because it causes permanent hearing loss. On Nuzyra, Clatithromycin, Aryikayce and Brinsupri. ID doc getting insurance approval for another oral pill to replace Amikacin. I am not getting better. In fact maybe worse. Is anyone short of breath and coughing and bringing up mucus all day long and on oxygen 24/7?

I haven't started treatment but I am not short of breath at all yet. I see the specialist this coming Friday and maybe start treatment.

I know from experience shortness of breath is a side effect of Aryikayce. Hope you get answers soon. Best wishes.
