Hello,
Please keep in mind that since each body reacts differently with anything we take be it medication, supplements, even foods and drinks, what may work for one person may not work at all for another person or may even have negative side effects.
It’s really important to be vigilant and hopefully have a good doctor or neurologist who knows our case to a certain extent and can let us know what may or may not work. And I am stressing the words MAY OR MAY NOT. It’s hit or miss.
Take care and have a serene day,
gus
I’m taking folic acid, OPC3 (shop.com), CoQ10, magnesium, B vitamins (shop.com), Arinine Pro (Amazon), and THC Free Flowstate (Blueflowers.com). I use a TENS unit several times a week and a foot vibrator. I’ve tried numerous things and don’t know which one works best, but ibuprofen is my go-to choice, if that’s all there is.
Compression ankle socks and thong sandals are good. Walking helps, but the first 20 minutes isn’t the most enjoyable. Warm water foot soaks are good, but I haven’t done much of that.
You have to try a lot of things. Read the posts here to see what others are having success with. My best….
I've been taking a mature adult multi vitamin, krill oil, calcium/d, glucosamine, ALA, and a vitamin B complex for several years. My health has been pretty good, other than the osteoarthritis and neuropathy, my heart is healthy, and my BP has been good as well. It my frame that's worn out from decades of working physical jobs.
