Do a search on this site. It's been discussed a few times. His full program is extremely expensive (five figures.)

2 ReactionsWow that’s expensive!
I believe he was referring to Dr Doug Lucas's program which runs about 13K a year. Interestingly, I can no longer find the cost on his website.

2 ReactionsI did the interview process with one of his people and was on the phone for an hour listening to the explanation of how the program works with going into too much detail. He claimed they were asking all the questions to see if you would be a good fit. But when he told me the cost I was shocked. The program is for a short time and I told him that is out of my price league ($5000.). Of course then he mentioned getting low interest payment plan but that would have been about $500 a month I believe. I don’t remember if the tests were included too. But then he offered reduced options for a lower cost so at that point I got disgusted with the whole thing and told him I was saying goodbye and disconnected the zoom call. You have to agree to follow the program religiously but he didn’t give much info on what I would need to do and I won’t go into anything without knowing what I might have to eat or take. I have too many food intolerances. The interview is free if you want to devote the time so you can find out for yourself.

1 ReactionI didn't do the program or even the interview but bought a couple of his products and they caused weird gastro effects. The first was the collagen. I just got nauseous INSTANTLY and was afraid to take more. They refunded with now problem.
The second was the Annutrol (sp? too lazy to look up) I was standing in my kitchen an hour later and - hate to be so blunt but no other way to tell - felt water leaking out of my ass. That's all it was, clear water, but it def came from ass. I went to I think a nurse practitioner in doctor's office and she could not find what that ingredient was so thought it was risky to take.
I want to find out more about where we can go for this.

1 ReactionThank you for this info. I was just googling this Program. I haven't had my bone density checked recently, long overdue but due severe spine issues, just haven't gotten to it. I was previously in Osteopenia. Im glad I read the reviews of the Program because I got directed here. After reading these comments im no longer interested!!
I would say however if you are concerned about bone loss maybe work with a bio chemist. I have on/ off. The one in my area charges around $700 for a minimal but decent Program. He doesn't provide all the bolstered out stuff but gives strict guide how to eat and MOST importantly keeps a strict eye on one's blood chemistry. To me blood chemistry is surely one of our bodies most important bio- markers. His parameters are much stricter than regular CBC numbers and his knowledge is excellent.
When my elderly mother was recommend a bone loss med...I said NO way....he had told me long term it could cause necrosis of jaw bones. Thankfully an endocrinologist agreed with me / said just make sure she eats well.
Thank you Mayo Cljnic Blog !!

1 ReactionMy twin sister and I have osteoporsis - we both have been taking meds for years - and now I am done with meds and trying to find a better way through nutrition. I don't want to take Prolia or any other medications like it as there are dozens with no clear benefit. We, my sister and I are trying to find a better way and the Bone Coach seems to be where I am right now but I am going to contact a nutritionist in my health plan. I am a senior and cannot afford the Bone Coach - all I see on his website are affirmations from those who completed the program, nothing about the program. Any insights how to deal with osteoporsis - I have found that changing our diet - eating less acidic foods and more alkaline foods like veggies. Thank you for your honesty - scared as my bone markers are done so my bones are not making more bone. Marie Torrisi
