I just looked it up. Presgera is another one of those SCAM products promoting relief from nerve pain.
Do not fall for this scam! Please do not buy it. Nothing you can buy like that heals nerves.
Companies that promote anything that is supposed to heal damaged nerves are preying on those of us with pain.
Nothing, will heal damaged nerves.

I tried Presgera. It did not work. I got my money back.
One that did work was Nerve Control 911. I keep trying looking for that miracle!

I had some difficulty finding this product in reviews. I will do further looking.
@heisenberg34 I’ve used Nerve Control 911 and it worked well reducing pain and burning in my feet for a few years. Then for some unknown reason the burning returned so I’m trying different supplements. Always looking for the cure!!!
