Anyone have stretching of the liver capsule?
Hi
Has anyone had stretching of the liver capsule? Slight pain in upper abdominal now and then and last scan three weeks ago was stable.
Not sure what they can do if anything? Appreciate anyones somments.

@links, do you have inflammation of the liver capsule? Or is it the tumor stretching the liver capsule?

1 ReactionNot sure..since there are lesions in the liver they think it could be..the primary tumor is in the pancreas which has shrunk with the chemo
They think this might be the cause…up u til now I have not had any pain from treatment so this was concerning.
The surgeon who I saw,even though I’m not a candidate for surgery is the one that said possible stretching of the liver capsule. They thought maybe gallstones,but just a polyp they will watch.Clinical diagnosis I’m told
