Anyone have a Gastojejunostomy for a Gastric Outlet Obstruction? I

I had one last year and have just not felt right since. Due to constipation, I was prescribed Linzess but the day after taking woke up with a sore throat and my ears ringing. This has been going all day. Think I will be not taking again. I have had 2 major abdominal surgeries in the last 5 years so am wondering if it is the scar tissue that makes it difficult for things to keep moving. Anyone have a Gastrojejunostomy and just feel lousy afterward? I have seen doctors, had multiple scans and the thing that showed up was that I was super backed up. I have tried pre/probiotics, laxatives and now this prescription medication. Oh and I may have a bit of Gastroparesis as well. I just really am at a loss and don’t know what else to do.
