Anyone else with a perfect Gleason Score? (10/10)

5 years ago a biopsy showed Gleason 9. A few weeks ago a new biopsy was graded 10. A perfect score!

I feel like Topper in the Dilbert series.

I saw another post (two hours ahead of this discussion thread). I noticed that the earlier post was also yours, the subject is "when and where for hip replacement." In there, you mentioned that according to AI you should have died three years ago.
Congratulations for "proving" AI wrong. I'm happy for you and I wish many more years to come.
But to answer your question. No, I have not heard (or read) of any one with a Gleason perfect score of 10/10.

Were you a 5+4 or a 4+5?
I wonder if your treatments killed off all the 4 leaving only 5 ????

The description of Mayo's biopsy is quite long, with some 4 + 4, some 4 + 5, some 5+4, and this:

Type: Acinar
Grade Group and Gleason score: Grade Group 5 (Gleason Score
5+5=10)
Percentage of pattern 4: NA
Tumor involves 25% of overall specimen ( 3 of 4 cores).
Most affected core is involved by tumor over 80% of its
length.
Extensive intraductal carcinoma present.
