Anyone else have pain in their upper arms at night?

I have pain in my upper arms at night and it hurts to turn over. The pain is not in my shoulders. Anyone else experience this? During the day I am fine.

I have the same thing in my right shoulder only. It comes from my job. All the 3" 3-ring binders I needed for reference were on the right side of my desk. If you are using both arms or one more than the other to pull things from shelves that above your elbows, this could be the cause.
Have you discussed this with your doctor? Perhaps an osteo dr. would be the next step in seeking relief.

Not sure as to what might be causing your nightly pain! I have experienced nightly pain since I had my Reclast infusion last June. Some nights are better than others but the pain never goes completely away. In addition, my left foot sometimes hurts to even stand on it and periodically nausea feeling and a constant feeling of exhaustion! Outside of this I guess I’m doing okay!
