Anybody having mystery foot and ankle

I have recently begun having all kinds of foot issues which bums me out as I have striven to keep walking dailey. Went to a podiatrist to see why my ankle had locked for 4 days. Ends up I have a sprained ankle that I don't remember spaining lol.
Got a shot and now orthotics.
What is up with this?
