Anybody else experience this?

Hi, I am a 24 year old fairly healthy female. I got covid for the second time back in early September. About 2 weeks after testing negative I started having stabbing chest pains left side of chest. I went to the er where they did a ct scan with contrast and saw nothing gave me prednisone assuming it was just inflammation of my lungs and sent me on my way. I decided to go to my old PCP who did some bloodwork and an EKG. Bloodwork was fine. Slightly elevated cholesterol but nothing alarming. (Note: i didn’t fast as it wasn’t bloodwork i was prepared for). I also had an abdominal EKG. I’ve had a variety of symptoms like fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath. Things have definitely gotten better but the symptom that’s lingering the most is chest pressure. Sometimes it feels like my chest is going to explode! Another random thing i’ve noticed is feeling like my heart is racing but it isn’t. I think it’s just anxiety which has definitely gotten worst due to what i’ve been feeling. It makes me very anxious not knowing what’s going on with me. In general ive noticed that my anxiety has gotten worst post covid. I’ve gone to a cardiologist after receiving an abnormal EKG. They did more EKGS a stress test and echo. He said my heart looked perfect and that he doesn’t think it’s my heart causing me pain. I then went to a pulmonologist since I have asthma and he did a chest xray. He said my lungs look great. I finally decided to go to a new PCP who ordered some new blood tests. Only thing it showed was low vitamin D. My C-reactive protein showed a 4.2 which after googling shows slightly elevated. So clearly there’s some sort of inflammation somewhere. Anyways my doctor prescribed me vitamin d, and a new every day inhaler. It has helped. I definitely have some good days and bad days. The last 2 days were extremely good but today it’s kind of bad. I’m stuck i don’t know what to do i’m ready to be back to my normal self.

Sadly, i have been ready to be back to my normal self for over a year now. i posted in another chat here, but basically, i have learned to ignore most of my symptoms (once they have finally been checked out), work hard to rest (LOL) and shore up my general health. D3 +K2 for heart and immune, zinc, magnesium, a ton of other supplements, diet/nutrition, etc. I am 66 but was a runner before my Long Covid hit. I had no bp issues previously and thankfully, my heart and vessels checked out but i couldn't walk across the room without palpitations, bp in 200s/70 for almost a year, fatigue, elevated hr, etc.

Best of luck to you.
