Any women experiencing dyspnea , night sweats , fatigue ?
Ive been to the ER twice within the month , I’m a very active person and no one can tell me why I’m experiencing the symptoms all labs come back normal with the exception of extreme low estrogen . Could menopause be causing this? How can I be certain? I really need to know what going on .

Welcome, @victory208. Indeed, perimenopause or menopause may be behind your low estrogen and many of your symptoms. I went through episodes like yours myself a couple decades ago and it was frightening with panic attacks, uncharacteristic depression, night sweats, fatigue, etc.. Back then there was little information except what was provided by my gynecologist, which wasn’t much! Symptoms escalated until I consulted a naturopathic clinician and received the help I needed with a bio-identical hormone replacement.
Fast forward to now…there are Functional Medicine doctors or Female Health and Wellness practitioners who are coming to the forefront of women’s issues. More research is being done for helping women get through this challenging, but natural times in our lives…which had gone unrecognized for way too long.

But the first place to begin is with a full physical, complete with blood work, including thyroid levels. You could consult with an endocrinologist to check your hormone levels. If I were going through the change, I’d lean more towards a Female Health Practioner who specializes in women’s reproductive and menopause care.
