Any suggestions on next steps or probable cause?

Adopted 10 y/w/f no biological family hx. uncontrolled HTN(since age 3), precocious puberty (age 8), excessive hair growth, hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, galactorrhea, acanthuses nigricans, chronic hives, insomnia, in utero drug exposure (positive NAS), Acne (full body), obesity. CMP, testosterone free and total, DHEA sulfate, lipid panel, CBC w/ diff, TSH, T4 Free, Aldosterone, Renin, A1C, LDL cholesterol, cortisol, steroid panel, prolactin level. All labs normal. Renal Ultrasound-normal, Renal CT- normal, Brain MRI-normal. Current Meds: Amlodipine 10mg QD, Spironolactone 25mg QD, oxcarbazepine 300mg BID, lexapro 20mg QD, Abilify 5mg QHS, ceterizine 10mg QD, ferrous sulfate 325mg QD. Any ideas?

Hello @jdestini21, I would like to add my welcome to Connect along with @vellen and others. I know it must be terribly frustrating and overwhelming trying to get answers to your daughters symptoms and condition. You mentioned your daughter has had uncontrolled HTN since age 3 and a lot of her labs are normal. There is another discussion on Resistant Hypertension which I think is another name for uncontrolled HTN that may be helpful:

Have you thought about seeking help at a teaching hospital or major health facility like Mayo Clinic?

Thank you! She just has so many symptoms and no answers or solutions. As I re-read my post I realized I left a couple out. It’s so frustrating and we are desperate. I appreciate any help! Again, thank you so much
