Any precaution to taking Evenity when you have chronic anemia?

I have Lukopenia and chronic anemia. Bone marrow biopsy was "abnormal red blood cells". Have taken Forteo for severe osteoporosis . Bad reaction to Bisophomates. Maintained gains with Raloxifine and then second round of Forteo. Recommended to follow up with Evenity, but reluctant at this point to do so after comments here on low fern count with Evenity.
