Any CRPS specialists or treatments? Pain in legs, foot, neck, jaw.

Bilateral thrombectomy on legs due to multiple arterial blood clots in heart, kidneys, legs, pelvis, abdomen. Cause never found. After life- and limb-saving surgery, excruciating pain in legs and foot. 1.5 years later, continued pain, neuropathy, numbness, foot drop. Pain Medicine doctor suggested CRPS. Any specialists @ Mayo or elsewhere? Any recommended meds, treatments, PT, etc? Can't walk much or wear shoes since surgery -- pain & abn feeling on soles, toes, top of foot. Need help! Thanks!
