I have lost 2" in height, I know it's from my spine compressing but I don't know exactly what caused that. I already had metastasis to my spine when I was diagnosed but at that point my spine was still intact, the vertebras were all normal height. Then I began treatment which included several different things that affect bones, Exemestane (Aromatase Inhibitor), Leuprolide Acetate (GnRH Agonist) and Zometa (bisphosphonate). I was receiving regular CT scans over the next few years and each one kept commenting on my spine and how I was losing height in this and that vertebrae. By now a couple of them have lost 90% of their height. I will never know if that would have still eventually happened without treatment, all I know is that it did happen with the treatment.

1 Reaction@myracorbo have you been checked for osteoporosis? I wonder if you are experiencing spinal compression like @coco46 mentioned.
I do not have osteoporosis. But my younger sister by 1 year has that. I was taken back by how shorter she has gotten.
