Anal SCC

Hello, Following a routine colonoscopy two years ago I was diagnosed with anal squamous cell carcinoma a few months ago after two exploratory surgeries over the last 12 months. Research we've done on anal cancer has lead us to Mayo in Phoenix due to their ability to utilize proton radiation vs photon radiation, especially because I had a kidney transplant in 2009. I was wondering if anyone has experienced anal SCC treatment (with or without a kidney transplant)?
Trying to find out more about how treatments went, side effects, and recovery time. TY!
