Akelos: New drug development for NP

I haven't seen any clinical trials on the new drug BP4L-18:1:1. All of the excitement is from some testing on rats which I take to mean it's a long way off from being helpful to those of us suffering with neuropathy. I've stopped getting excited from all the hype written by the company doing the research. A prime example - Pirenzepine the new neuropathy treatment from WinSantor which still is not available - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/is-there-any-update-on-winsantor-drug/.
