ADT duration with or without PSMA-Pet scan?

I understand that in places in the US now 6 months is being recommended where the patient has had a PSMA-Pet scan. What is the typical duration with routine CT scans and no PSMA I am wondering?

ADT is not recommended for the PSMA pet scan. If you get on ADT it will reduce your PSA if it gets too low, the test cannot find the Metastasis in your body.

The use of ADT is based on your individual prostate cancer case not a test you’re going to take.
