Hi @dove, I'm sorry to hear that you've been faced with such a frustrating situation. Can I ask what you had tried before that didn't work for you? I'm also curious if your doctor has prescribed you any medications for your ulcers, as sometimes this can be a side-effect of medication.

I'm tagging @dawn_giacabazi who has discussed ulcers on Connect before. I'm hoping she may have some insight on this and be able to weigh in!

@dove, have you told you doctor about this issue?

Thanks @aliskahon & Hi @dove! Let me start with, ulcers are NO FUN!! Few questions. I had 5 ulcers we have successfully healed.
* Have you seen a doctor for this?
* what is the color and consistency of the stools?
* Has your gallbladder been removed?

@dove. Sounds like you're doing all the right things. I ask those particulr questions because patients can get " dumping syndrome" which cause extremely foul-smelling stools but mustard yellow color and watery consistency.

@dove, I've been doing some more digging and I found this article that has a few possible reasons for an ammonia-like body odor: http://www.drmirkin.com/morehealth/1072.html

Do you eat a lot of protein or did you have a helicobacter test when you were diagnosed with peptic ulcers? @dawn_giacabazi, have you ever heard of this?
