Accupuncture Success - BMS

I am newer to the group and have found some older threads on acupuncture but just curious if anyone is finding success with acupuncture for treatment if BMS? If so, how many treatments? Are you using herbs? Is is long lasting or do you need repeat/refresher treatments at all?
