Called hot flashes. When I first went on ADT, they were very hot and I would start sweating from the top of my head, dripping down over my eyebrows into everything!
There are different solutions to the hot flashes. I used to get depo-provera shots every 3 months. There are other hormones that will work ask your doctor. Acupuncture works for some people. Some people have stated eating tofu every day stops the hot flashes. Black cohosh is another herb that is supposed to help ask your doctor.
I have an embrlabs.com wave product (wave 2). I’ve used it for Over three years now. It’s like a refrigerator that looks like a watch and sits on the inside of your wrist. You could set up one of the buttons for their night mode . Hit the button twice and It Produces cold waves at measured times during the night and prevents hot flashes and night sweats. They used to bug me, before I got this device . When you start to feel a hot flash coming on, you hit another one of the buttons twice and it sends cold chills through your arms and it reduces the intensity, shortens the life and can stop the hot flashes if hit quickly enough. Moneyback guarantee. If you need help setting one up, post back here.

Since Abiraterone (Zytiga) isn’t an ADT (androgen deprivation therapy) - its actually an Androgen Receptor Pathway Inhibitor (ARPI) - the remedy for side-effects for ARPIs might be different than for ADTs.
You might consider looking for how others dealt with side-effects of the different ARPIs like: Zytiga (abiraterone), Erleada (apalutimide), Xtandi (enzalutimide), and Nubeqa (darolutamide).
For ADT (Eligard) that I was on, I ramped up my resistance-training (weight-lifting) program; that helped minimize most of the ADT side-effects. I was never on ARPIs so, can’t help there.
