Abdominal wall nerve pain
After diagnosis I had both right and left upper quadrant abdominal trigger point injections. The results were good - pain relieved BUT only for 4 days. Is it possible that the fascia in the region has degenerated to the point that it has constricted the cutaneous sensory nerves thus causing the chronic pain? Probably? Prior to the above tried many other treatments to increase flexibility in the area PT, somatic movement exercise, shock wave, needling, IR laser, red light therapy, lidocaine patch - all negative results. Any other suggestions?

Have you tired Botox it works for me. I get it every three months.
Where do you use Botox and how does it help your neuropathy?
I use Botox in my periforms muscle both sides. My trapezius muscle and neck muscles I have problems choking. The Botox puts the nerves to sleep for three months. In the back of my lower legs.
Thanks for your response. What Botox dosage level to you use? Price range per injection (1,000)?
Thank you
