6 wks post fracture severe pain

Hi
So this is my second time to fracture in three years. Now my t9 and t10 fractured post radiation. Just wondering what others take for pain when you cannot take an anti inflammatory like meloxicam or celebrex. I can't do a very high dose of ibuprofen. Nothing seems to be touching my pain
