4 YR OLD KNEE JOINT\FIBRO FLARE

I am currently in a Fibro Flare. It is effecting my pre existing IT Band problem which I've had since the TKR Surgery. My IT Band got so stiff and tight that I could feel it in my hip and top of knee. My knee now feels like a tight band is wrapped around it and it is very stiff.
Anyone else have any issue like this?
OR have Fibro with a fake joint?
Anyone know if this will compromise the artificial joint?
