4 months post laparoscopic appendectomy still pain in the entry point

I had my laparoscopic appendectomy and removal of adhesions from my previous surgery on my abdomen 4months ago im still suffering for on and off pain on the left side where the entry point of laparoscopy. It is more panful if i exert effort like pushing.What maybe the possible reason of this is it normal?to feel pain

I had a surgeon stitch a nerve that was painful until he un-stitched it. Something to think about.

Also, check to see if he left something in there that shouldn't be there. I've read about that could happen and does sometimes.
