3263 Trial for PanCan

Is anyone on this trial? What kind of side effects are you having? How long are they lasting?

At this point, ALTA3263 is still in Phase 1 testing, so there is very limited human side-effect data publicly available. The trial's primary purpose is to determine safety, tolerability, and dosing.

Based on experience with other KRAS inhibitors, oncologists will likely be watching closely for:

Diarrhea
Nausea
Fatigue
Rash or skin changes
Elevated liver enzymes
Decreased appetite
Blood count abnormalities

@mcharlesfrancis I believe it is in late stage 1 testing. They started my husband on 300mg 2x a day. He's only been on it 5 days and has started to get occasional diarrhea, nausea, and fatigue. All seem to be controllable.
