3 weeks post op - does this look normal?

Hello! I’m three weeks post op from a carpal tunnel release on my right hand. I’m noticing that at the very top of the scar, there’s a black lump that’s surrounded by some discoloration.
The area isn’t sore to the touch and isn’t hot or itchy either, so I don’t think that it’s an infection. The doctor made no comment on it when the stitches were removed last week.
Just wanted to hop on and see if anyone may know what it is and make sure that I’m good!
