2nd knee replacement failed leaving me with deformed legs.

Had knee replacements on both knees in 2014 which came uncemented. Got 2nd opinion and had 2nd replacement in 2018. First year went well then slowly started to get worse. I am 61 and will not ever get one again. Doctors say there is nothing they can do. Left knee has a permanent bend and will not straighten and Right knee will not bend enough to go down or upstairs. Hurts to stand and walk very far. Is this enough for disability? I have very deformed looking legs.
