Hello Sue,
I found the on line. Teva 1984 Shoes. I would try that. Let me know?
Thank You!
I have seen a few people comment on the Connect about their PN getting worse after having covid. I think difficult to prove but it does deserve a serious second look by collecting statistics.
You are playing russian roulette with your health. I am
72yrs. old, my perfect weight now is 119lbs. Go ahead
and take it all for granted.
I have seen so many overweight people wearing flip flops, and complaining about their feet. I'm afraid this is a cerebral problem. In my case I have done everything possible to change this condition of Peripheral Neuropathy for 24yrs now. I wear orthotics, take vitamin B Complex, have a trainer, keep my weight at the exact number, limit the time on my feet, etc. The medical profession has not solved this problem. The best you can do after getting your weight to normal for your height, is to use
very supportive shoes, orthotics, elevate your feet daily, ice them daily, and rest them to the extent that it improves. You have to pay attention. Your diet is so important. Alcohol, sugar, anything causing inflammation must be addressed. It's not pretty. You'll
need to grow up. I did. Hope that you get it. RICE method is rest, ice, compress(didn't work for me) and elevate. The truth: you are on your own. No one is going to solve your problem but YOU. God bless.
Why isn't there a thumbs down? No, forget about it. If only it were that easy.
I was told by older persons who dealt with numb feet to simply get some plastic buckets from Home Depot and fill them with hot water and Epsom salt and safely stand in the buckets.
My toes don’t hurt, but my legs hurt if I walk a little but and part if my right-side don’t feel enough.. 🤯
How about Red Light Therapy work for Neuropathy? Thanks.
