I have had foot neuropathy for many years in the distribution of the superficial peroneal nerve.

Compression makes my symptoms worse.

I am looking for help. I am on 800 mg of GABA four times a day and have been on Lyrica. I get some temporary relief from Frankincense and Muhr's rubbing oil, but it lasts only 5 minutes.

Once I must remind folks to use LDN - low dose naltrexone- featured here often. It Does work for pain but not numbness.
