Hello @francis333, Welcome to Connect. I have neuropathy but only have some numbness in the feet and legs. I have to wear compression socks but it's for another condition - lymphedema in the legs. My compression socks don't make the numbness go away and I'm sure they probably don't help if you have neuropathy pain either. I'm also thinking that if you have swelling in the legs that could add to your pain so it's probably a catch-22.

Do you have neuropathy? What have you found helps you the most?

I wear compression socks during the night and they ease the pain considerably. If the pain does start it doesn't last for too long.

I wear a compression stockings too all the time. They do not help my neuropathy however, they keep water out of my ankles. I think the neuropathy would be worse without them if feet swell because of pressure on the nerves. Scratch that the less pressure on the nerves Because of fluid retention the better off you are. My stockings come above the knee. I find them very comfortable and they do the job. What does hope a bit is getting off my feet and wiggling my toes. Not much else helps.
