Feedback on Linzess for Irritable Bowel-C or Chronic Constipation
I have both of the above-conditions. Took Linzess, (called Constella in Canada) and got terrible stomach pain. Feeling desperate and thinking about trying it one more time. Interested in hearing what kind of experiences other people have had with linaclotide/linzess.

I tried Linzess for chronic constipation, experienced awful abdominal pain but not much relief from constipation. I tried for 30 days and have since discontinued use. Hope that helps.
Tried many different OTC products and several RX. Best so far were sennekot pills at bedtime. I am a Dr. Health Science, scholar and professor. Ask anything in this area. Dr. Carol Lieberman

Hello no it's the senna liquid. Spoke to my pulmonologist and finally know what's wrong I have chronic lung disease and Gerd. What advice to you have so I can try to stay positive
Hikeema123, do you have to have a script for the senna liquid? When I had lung cancer and
after radiation I got gerd, which I have never had before, I am 82 and never had it. I really just
take 7up to try and burp, sometimes it stays with me for a couple days. I was going to buy
tums the other day, but I didn't, I am so afraid pills make my costipation worse. for you I would
tell you to sleep with your head raised a little, not lay flat. as for gerd I really don't no what to take because I am new at it. your gastro Dr. should be able to help you.

Doubt it. You could have had residual stool inside but not 70 lbs.
Now you are a doctor. I think your on this for advice just as well. Correct. If you have any thing that's worthwhile please respond if not keep your opinions to yourself. I said I lost seventy pounds over four years so when you comment read correctly. Now doubt that.
