Didn't help me at all.
I've had PostCovidSyndrome for 4yrs. Discovered I am recently able to smell VicksVapoRub. So I sniff it several times a day. I have also found non-drowsey store brand antihistamine helpful.

Smelling something strong like Vicks is what my clinic would recommend. Supposedly it slowly activates your smell/taste nerves and gets you through the loss of smell/taste more quickly. I could have been more clear--they're not suggesting aromatherapy as in lighting candles or getting a diffuser. They recommend smelling something strong right up at your nose several times a day.
