@lily21

I am Dawn. I have a complex medical history. I've had ACDF surgery in 2019, it was successful. I have a few herniated doscs in L5/S1. Ive had 1 epidural steroid injection mid Jan. 2021. I also have adult scoliosis and neuropathy. In July 2020, I had a 2nd rotator cuff repair, but post op, my clavicle broke. Only thing is I didn't know this until 2.5 weeks post surgery. Surgery to pin the clavicle was Sept 2020. I continue with physical therapy. I am in pain daily, and I'm only 45 yrs of age. Definitely not where I thought I'd be in life.

Hi @lily21, welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. At 45 years of age, that is a lot to manage. You will meet many who understand in the following groups:
- Spine Health https://connect.mayoclinic.org/group/spine-health/
- Scoliosis - Introduce yourself and meet others https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/scoliosis-introduce-yourself/
- Neuropathy https://connect.mayoclinic.org/group/neuropathy/

Great to keep up with PT. Do you have access to a pain management clinic or pain rehab program?
