Please try to relax, CA125 can rise when your not feeling well too. My Dr. told me of a patient who had high ca125, and next couple days, proved positive for a virus. A month later the numbers were back down. It’s so not fare, the anxiety can make you sick enough in itself. I usually try to walk it off, they kind of screwed me there with the neuropathy, I’ll do what i can when I can. I feel for you. My first checkup is coming soon, not sure of maintenance drug if any. No mutations that i know of so far.
