I am new to this group and so grateful to have found it. I have Erosive OLP, I seem to get conflicting advice from my dentist and periodontist. My dentist wants me to use an electric toothbrush which has not been comfortable. My periodontist recommends a soft manual toothbrush. I am considering trying a sonic toothbrush on a mild/low setting, but am afraid that it will cause a flare up. Has anyone tried a sonic toothbrush? I appreciate any advice or experiences you can share. 🙂
