Hello @ramyapriya. I removed your medical report to protect your personal information as this is a public website. Are you able to speak with your provider at all now that you have received your test results? A quick search of d-rise tablets indicates that in a general sense, d-rise tablets are used for calcium and vitamin d deficiencies. Your test results may have indicated that your calcium and vitamin D numbers were low. This can be especially true this time of year for many people as we tend to get less sunlight which can promote vitamin D.

@ramyapriya, how are you feeling? Was there something that led to you getting bloodwork done?

Hi past two months I had chest discomfort anxiety and stress I did echo
It has (mitral valve prolapse) and in colour flowing map it shows (mitral reguration -trivial) and my doctor said no need to worry it's common he prescribed me some medicines like(sompraz 20,inderal 10 and anxit 0.25 for a month and asked me to take blood test he just checked the report and said to take drise-60k
But i still afraid of my heart and two days i feel ok and some days i feel some drop feeling in middle of the chest,jerking while sleeping and some sort of vibration in body
