My surgical findings were pretty much like yours. 4+3, pT3b, seminal vesicle invasion, cancer extending to margins in several loci, undetectable PSA after 8.7 @ time of surgery. From the predictive studies I've seen, the possibility of recurrence is greater than zero (altho quite low), so I feel this is something I will carry with me till the end.

Celebrations are in order with each passing PSA test < 0.02...
